About the Founder
Meet Diana Green
Diana Green is the founder of Visionled® Pty Ltd, operating as Visionled Global, and the creator of the Design of Thinking™ (DoT) framework and Fabric of Awareness.
Her practice has evolved through hands-on experience; art, design, innovation, education, and creative inquiry. And this even includes business and manufacturing, Working across these interconnected fields led to her to develop this work.
Diana has worked in Australia, and internationally, including the United States, India, Ireland, and Japan with organisations, leaders, educators, designers and business groups, supporting innovation, collaboration, leadership development, and experiential learning.
Six years living and working in Japan became a significant influence on the evolution of her work. Immersed in Japanese culture and ways of seeing. She deepened her exploration of awareness, creativity, presence, observation, and the human experience. These experiences continue to inform the philosophy and practice of Visionled Global.
Today, Diana brings together insights as an artist, and designer, from creative practice, organisational learning, awareness, and reflective inquiry and reiki. Through mentoring, immersive workshops, and learning experiences, she invites people to deepen awareness, expand perception, and explore new possibilities in how they live, lead, create, and relate. At heart her passion is being a human ‘being’ with loving kindness.

Areas of Practice
Diana's professional practice spans design, manufacturing, innovation, business, education, and international consulting.
Her multidisciplinary background is complemented by studies across art, education, human dynamics, interpersonal neurobiology, creative practice, and transdisciplinary innovation.
Her research through the Masters Program in Transdisciplinary Innovation Department at the University of Technology Sydney further contributed to the development of the philosophy and practice behind Visionled Global.
Rather than working within a single discipline, Diana integrates these diverse perspectives into an experiential approach that brings together creative exploration, inquiry, and personalised learning, which can then be carried forward into life.
Continuing Inquiry
Diana's work continues to evolve through practice, research, observation, and dialogue.
The Fabric of Awareness® represents the current expression of this ongoing inquiry: an exploration of the relationship between awareness, perception, creativity, and human potential.
Her work is not intended as a fixed methodology, but as an evolving practice - one that invites people to participate, observe, question, and recognise more fully what is already present.
Artistic Practice
Alongside her professional work, Diana is a practising artist.
Her artistic process continues to influence her approach to facilitation, particularly through mark-making, metaphor, observation, experimentation, and creative exploration.
For Diana, art is not separate from her broader practice. It offers another way of observing, questioning, and making sense of experience - principles that are woven throughout her work with individuals and groups.
