Participant Reflections

Every person's experience within the Fabric of Awareness® LAB is unique. Rather than promising predetermined outcomes, we invite participants into a process of exploration and inquiry. We do not anticipate that participants will arrive at similar perspectives.

The reflections below describe what some people noticed, experienced and carried forward into their lives and work.

Reflections From

People working in creativity, innovation and education

“Diana Green facilitated a stimulating approach to the generation of creativity that clearly demonstrated the power of self-organisation, both individually and in groups. From her innovative approach, diverse outcomes, many of which I would not have anticipated, an outstanding consequence.”

— Sports Performance Consultant, to the Beyond Excellence Group, Australia

"Diana's work invited us into a deeply creative experience through reflection, drawing and embodied exploration. She understands that creativity already exists within us and has an extraordinary ability to create the conditions for it to emerge. It was a rich and memorable experience from which I learnt a great deal."

— Creativity Professor, Singapore Management University

“When we engage with Art principles to motivate us, to form us inwardly, we call forth creativity in us, then the parameter is the HOW and not so much the WHAT. And it is “how” Diana Green engages her clients: full of confidence, with calm firmness of guidance and with every progressive layer of her workshop one can feel the professional ground, from which she operates, permeated with encouraging warmth. Diana brings very valuable contribution to the interface of Art and Business.”

— President, Idriart, Institute for Intercultural Relations Through the Art

Experiences From

Individuals who participated in immersive programs or mentoring

“I had the opportunity to work with Diana, to be able to experience this immersion program over a period of 6 days.

It proved to be cleverly structured, through a progressive journey of creative activities and inner reflection that encouraged an open dialogue. I was inspired as I explored new strategies discovering my ideas and seeing how to move forward.

Diana’s framework is like a breath of fresh air that broadened my horizons.”

— People Performance, Australia.

“When I relocated from New York to lead within MUFG's headquarters in Japan, I was navigating the complexities of a very different business culture. Through our conversations, Diana created space for me to explore these challenges from new perspectives. Her thoughtful questioning helped me recognise patterns, deepen my understanding and approach both leadership and communication differently.

The insights I gained influenced not only my own leadership but also how I engaged with my teams during a significant period of organisational change."

— Senior Executive, MUFG, Japan
