Why

The DoT Approach is no ordinary training session to improve performance. It is a totally different approach that aims to develop insight, instinct and intuition. By combining how we think (mind), create (heart), we begin to understand who we really are and how this ‘awareness’ can result in re creating humanity at work and in life.

In this technological age, based on rational reasoning, how can we start to transform our ourselves to create the world into a more humane place?

How can we shift from a linear approach, beyond old paradigm to create and invent what we really need to live on this planet? 

 

DoT 

DoT is a unique approach that takes participants on a journey that leads to transformation to maximise our humanity at work and in life. DoT is an acronym for Design of Thinking that expands insights, instincts and intuition. By combining how we think (mind) and create (heart), we develop a deeper awareness into who we are, our purpose and how we can connect with others. 

In this technological age, based on rational reasoning DoT encourages us to access our creative element to transform our world into a healthy humane place.

DoT provides us with a starting point to connect with our potential, to tap into the essence of how we are and what we can become.

Every DoT journey begins with an exploration of ‘who we are’. Science is now discovering what ancient wisdom has shown us, that there is much more to us than most of us see, feel and hear.

In our busy lives we can sometimes become overwhelmed with the complexity and speed of change. Simply learning a skill is not enough, especially if we are only trying to keep up with old models that no longer work.

It is time for a transformation; a rethink, an exploration and experimentation enabling people to evolve.

The integration of structured, random and organic qualities of DoT directs participants to go beyond their past entrenched behaviours and principles. It can reveal possibilities that lie beneath the surface to our deeper thoughts and reflections. When we combine an exploration and enhancement of our inner world along with the outside world, we form possibilities that lead to our potential. In doing so, we learn to integrate the thinking and feeling realm.

It is in this space that we intersect the mind as the thinker, the heart as the creator, and the spirit as soul.  We can then maximise our humanity at work and in life.

This means we can ‘Take the Helm’ and begin to Engage with others to create and support transformed human principles, forming a better workplace, a better life and a better planet.  The shift in mindset and heart connection helps develop a difference in approach, so that our way of doing things is naturally transformed.
