DoT Approach

ISPI & Archetypes

We include an indicator called, ISPI, the Innovation Strengths Preference Indicator. This is an indicator of your natural orientation or an individual’s pre-dispositions for taking a specific approach to being innovative, it can also be utilised for creating specific groups for identified innovation and projects.

The ISPI™ offers insight into the invisible internal orientations that affect the way people think, solve problems, make decisions and interact with others. We use the results of the ISPI™ in our LAB, leadership development, team formation and analysis as well as tailoring innovation systems for organizations.

ISPI draws on research from all three aspects of mental function – how people think (cognitive), take action (conative), and meet their personal relational needs (affective), mapping all three brain functions in just one indicator.

You do not have to attend a LAB to take the ISPI.

Coming soon: ISPI online link. (Book ISPI, along with a half hour one to one outcome feedback session, online or in person).

In addition, we offer, the ‘Archetypes’ outcome. Please refer to Diana for further explanation about the purpose and function of the Archetype indicator.

The ISPITM comes from an aggregate of over 100,000 person- hours of real-world experience working inside corporations and a variety of other types of organisations where the need is great to understand what works and what doesn’t, and how all three elements of brain function impact how people engage with issues of innovation. For further information, a correlation to other instruments is available on completion of ISPI.
