The Creator is on a continuous exploration, evolving in a discovery of what may not have been revealed before.  It is through experimentation that we enter the unknown and discover what emerges from our authentic nature. When we see as a Creator, we learn and grow with the Creator’s mind and spirit. The Creator’s journey takes us on pathways to inner discoveries. The act of doing, making, feeling, reflecting and enquiring leads to the discovery of unique qualities. Anyone who is curious to explore and discover the creator within, will learn to apply, connect and engage with deep insights and knowledge.

THE ART BASED DISCOVERY

Diana is a specialist consultant, a catalyst and facilitator in the Art of ‘PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL‘ discovery.

Diana brings her considerable experience in artistic, creative intelligence to life in for teams, groups and individual in a range of environments. Working with people across all fields she will introduce participants to the potential of acting and thinking as an Artist, the creator. 

In order to move towards a transformation, participants will work beyond traditional boundaries and restrictions. This is an exploration into human innovation, the natural qualities, abilities and innate sense that we all possess.

Participants learn to produce as creators, who take new found skills, confidence and awareness to innovate in a range of domains such as commerce; marketing, sales and logistics. Recreation and Personal Growth interests (BRUSH).

Participants align the BRUSH with the HEART, as active participants connecting with their inner artist and creative intelligence.

Traditional organisations, often set up in ‘Siloed’ departments can form a mindset that is predominantly linear in approach. By engaging with DoT, a self- organising, organic connection emerges. It reaches beyond the surface where an unanticipated inner narrative and dialogue comes to life.

THE SPACE BETWEEN

DoT focuses on the space between the Creator’s gifts of intuition, imagination, creation and emotion and the logical, analytical and rational mindset. 

By freeing up the mental space (a natural synthesis occurs), participants of Art based Discovery build opportunity to bring Personal or Professional projects to life as co-creative, collaborative and integrative groups.

Curiously, although the overall experience may seem chaotic, it is in this space that another level is revealed, adding rigour to stimulate and integrate the creator and thinker mind which can result in; re-imaging of the organisation culture, activated leaders, meaningful work for employees, new value for customers and a cohesive work environment.
